Motor Learning in FMD

In this study, we are trying to better understand how people with FMD learn new movements. Another question is how they use new movement skills in different situations. Is there a specific brain system or region that is working differently compared to people without FMD?

This study is only done in person at Columbia and Princeton

Wooden Chess Pieces

Non-Motor Learning in FMD

Risk Behavior in FMD

In this study, we are testing risk behavior in people with FMD. When facing a game situation, what strategies do they use to win and to avoid losing? Do they make riskier or more cautious choices compared to people without FMD?
